Neophytos is the co-founder and CEO of Papakyriacou & Partners Ltd(P&P). He initially graduated as Accounting Technician (MAAT) and qualified as Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) in the UK. He is a Registered auditor and Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
With over 30 years of professional experience in senior managerial positions in the accountancy profession and industry, Neophytos is currently leading P&P team to the new vision. He has extensive experience in the fields of Accounting & Tax Compliance, Audit assurance, Advisory & Tax Planning, AML/KYC compliance, Fund Management and Administration, Mergers & Acquisitions, Company Reorganizations, Restructuring & Business Valuations. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of various private companies and an active member in several Non-Profit Organizations and Charities in Cyprus. He served as a Member of the Taxation and VAT Committees of the ICPAC and of the Advisory Councill of the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. He is currently a Member of the Tax and M&A Committees of the International Practice Group (IPG).

Miranda joined the Firm in 1997 as junior Accountant, stayed for 7 years and rejoined the Firm again in 2009 as audit supervisor. She gradually advanced to Audit Manager and she is currently the Head of the Accounting & Tax Department. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
She has extensive experience of more than 25 years in the accountancy profession with senior positions in the fields of accounting, audit, financial reporting, tax and payroll, responsible for portfolio management of both local and international business clients with diversity of complexity and activities. Her expertise was extended to the portfolio of large public group companies. She is currently responsible for the planning, monitoring, review, supervision and coordination of the Accounts and Tax department job assignments.

Marina joined the Firm in 2013 as a trainee auditor, she gradually advanced to audit senior, supervisor, assistant Manager and she is currently the Manager of Audit and Assurance Department. She has obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Public and Business Administration-Accounting from the University of Cyprus. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). She is also holder of the ADIT LV.1 &LV.2 Certificates.
Marina has extensive experience of more than 11 years in the fields of accounting, audit, tax, financial reporting, KYC/AML compliance, portfolio management of both local and international business clients including publicly listed companies in London Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
